Genital cutting advocates often like to brag about how "easy" circumcised penises are to care for. The fact is, that after healthy penile tissue is destroyed, a painful wound is created. Wound care is always more work than no wound care. Not to mention, that your baby is now urinating and defecating into his open wound. Tell me now, who exactly is this EASIER for? Basic hygiene is not hard to teach, especially in 2012 with indoor plumbing. We do it for our daughter's, why not our son's?
