the sexual abuse was actually caused by the doctor who agreed to amputate part of the child's healthy and normal sexual anatomy, when it was NOT medically necessary! Apparently the MD tries to shift the blame back to the mother because she did not provide her child (according to him) with proper wound care for the injury that HE created. INSANE. Both of them.
