There are a lot of stories on this blog about double circumcisions. You'd almost think that a double circumcision was the norm. But a quadruple circumcision? THIS takes the cake! INSANE!!
ReplyDeleteThe mistake she made was paying the doctor to do an unnecessary operation the FIRST time. A baby's penis is not the parent's to modify to suit their preferences.
